The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop. The prices of products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products. The price does not include delivery charges. All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euro.
Here, the merchant has to base the purchase on his online shop solution. In order to order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. Payments are mediated by Montonio.com. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due in the current account of the Webshop.

After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-contract within 14 days.
NB! Depending on the products, the purchaser may not have a right of withdrawal, the products and services concerned must be listed and must meet the conditions listed in § 53(4) ofthe Law of Obligations Act.
A monthly subscription can be cancelled by the customer at any time. By sending us a cancellation request by e-mail.
As this is a virtual product, which can be corrected immediately, it is necessary for the customer to first point out any shortcomings in the website update. If the errors cannot be removed, the following month will not be invoiced.
The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.
The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
